Master Victor and Prof. Robert demonstrate a simple but effective armbar that starts with your traditional gi grips. Check it out and incorporate it into your game.
Step 1 – Victor begins his defense by lowering and establishing a good base and defending the choke by pulling down on Brian’s forearm.
Step 2 – Victor swings his right leg back and behind Brian’s stance.
Step 3 – Victor extracts his head from the choke and applies a shoulder lock of his own.
