2021 has flown by. Our students have trained hard despite the ups and downs of another pandemic year. We spent a Monday night learning techniques, sparring, and most importantly, recognizing all the hard work put in throughout the year. Congratulations to everyone for their accomplishments. We look forward to a great 2022.
We firmly believe that Gracie Jiu-jitsu is the most effective self-defense martial art for anyone – but most especially for women. Thank you for all that attended our last session on November 6th.

We are extremely proud of Brian, Kyle and Rob for competing at the Jacksonville Grappling Industries tournament on January 30th, 2021. As new purple belts, it was a great test for Brian and Kyle. As a white belt, it was Rob’s first tournament but surely won’t be his last. His back take and collar choke in the finals was a highlight of the tournament. Congratulations, fellas!
